The below 2 images represent my entries into this March’s IPPN monthly competition where the standard is always extrememly high.

My thanks to Shona & Jamie for such a fantastic day to carry out their Wedding Photography at Belstead Brook Hotel, Ipswich, Suffolk; lots and lots and lots of laughter, screaming, talking…….. and that was just me…….

As Shona was finishing her preparations she had no idea Jamie had laid on a ‘little’ surprise……….

Honey & Moon were the surprise….

And Shona reacted pretty calmly………..

I can’t remember what was going on here!

And the laughter continued, brilliant day!

The below is from a shoot in February 2011, I have a backlog of images to enter for competitions so this was entered in the IPPN September competition. Entries come in from professional photographers around the world, and are also judged by an International Panel of professional photographer.

I am particularly pleased with this as little Jack was not having a great day; he had missed his sleep and Suzzanne his mum really did not expect to get many ( any! ) good shots from the shoot as Jack was not too happy during it.

Suffolk, Belstead Brook Hotel Ipswich

A nice early start for the day, and another beautiful day of wedding photography Suffolk, although we only had a few minutes I wanted to capture that part of the day Neil wouldn’t get to see. Wedding Photography should capture the details that couples spend so much time planning.

I knew from meeting Esther and Neil and couple of times before their big day, that it would run on time, it would be pretty relaxed, and lots of fun; and all of those are understatements, it was a fantastic day!

Being a warm day the guys made sure they had some Ribenna to keep them hydrated………..

I’m pretty sure I didn’t have to ask anyone to smile all day…

How cool is that for a car temperature gauge!

In the amazing setting of Ickworth House, this is the third time I have exhibited here, and with 2 weddings booked for The West Wing this year, I am looking forward to meeting more Bride and Grooms here this year.

In conjunction with The Bury Free Press, and The West Wing at Ickworth I will be providing a Pre-Wedding/ Engagement* Shoot for  one lucky couple who attends and registers.
